Balsamic Garlic Chicken
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 6 tsp. Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- 3 Chicken Breast
- Mix all ingredients except chicken together in small bowl.
- Place chicken breasts and marinade in ziploc bag.
- Squeeze out all air, seal, and marinate for at least one hour.
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes

Maple-Soy Glazed Salmon
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 salmon fillets
- Preheat oven to 400 F and abjust oven rack to the upper middle shelf.
- Bring maple syrup and soy sauce to a simmer in a small sauce pan over medium high heat and cook until mixture becomes syrupy (about 5 minutes).
- Pat salmon dry with paper towel, season with salt and pepper, and lay skin side down in lightly oiled baking dish (spacing fillets apart) and bake for 5 minutes.
- Pull pan out of oven and use spoon to spread a layer of the glaze over the tops and sides of the salmon.
- Continue to bake until all but the center of the fish is opaque (about 5 more minutes).
- When, finished, spoon another layer of the glaze on the fillets.
